The purpose of Medical Compassion International (MCI) is to help meet medical needs by assisting organizations that are currently helping or seeking to help the needy, who, without the help of this project, would be limited in facilities, equipment, materials and/or resources to adequately meet the needs of their constituency. Efforts will be made to find those who have a concern beyond just the process of providing the help, but those who are helping others and doing it compassionately.
This charitable organization has been founded on the following beliefs:
1) That we in the United States of America have been blessed with an abundance of wealth and opportunity that will probably never be experienced by most if not all of the Third World countries.
2) That we have the capabilities of helping those that are less privileged than we are.
3) That as one shares with those in need, he is himself enriched, knowing he has helped others reach a greater potential than they could have without his help.
